Comfortable stay with a warm welcome from the staff and a smooth check-in process. The twin room was spacious, with plenty of natural light from a large window. Convenient location, just a short walk to Jonker Street. Good facilities and a generally quiet atmosphere made for a relaxing visit. Only minor improvements needed for a perfect experience. Very friendly, helpful stuff. Good location. Whole Melaka in walking distance. I got a room upgrade for free. Room rate was good in comparison to most other hotels in Melaka. I extended one night. The room and the bathroom is big. First time since long time in asia that I had enough space in the bathroom for my wash bag and additional things...Also the room offers a lot of space. AC and Fridge worked fine.

The room is spacious, the bathroom is very spacious for a room of 4 people. We arrived at 11:20 and wanted to check in early, the staff said we had to pay an additional 10rm/hour. And we paid an additional 30rm to check in early, the staff required us to pay in cash and the room reservation fee was paid by card.

The hotel is very central, five minutes walking to the Dutch square, to the river, to Little India and to everything you might need. It seems to be newly renovated, it probably had a different life under the old name. Everything worked, wifi was good, shower was hot and strong, AC worked, especially the staff were great, smiling and very helpful. Everything was clean, there was no smell of mold or anything. The only problem is sound isolation, but it's everywhere in Malaysia. I asked for a quiet room and my window was facing a backyard, zero sound from the street. Make sure your window doesn't look on the nearby mosque). The room was spacious, with a huge window, the bathroom too. I booked one night and stayed for more than a week, the price was also great for the quality and comfort. Can't say anything bad about this hotel.

excellent reception service by Mr. Mus , friendly and helpful - apologies if i misspell his name. no breakfast was offer which i though was in the package which i book through booking.com will tried to book direct but many time it was re directed to 3rd party site can see hotel is going through some upgrading and hope to see better offer next time we are in town. though not the cheapest but location is excellent .

the location is great. Main attractions like Jonker Street, Stadhuys building & Menara Taming Sari Tower are just nearby. It takes about 10-15 minutes of walking to those places. They have private car park. We just leave our car at hotel and enjoy Melaka town by walking along the riverside. The hotel was great for money. For the price we paid; we got a clean room and comfortable beds. The staffs are all friendly and polite. They even served free breakfast & free flow coffee at the lobby!

Spacey, clean room with mini fridge and kettle, friendly staff, great location (in walking distance to most attractions 15min), good food around, nice river walk close by.

Great staff and a great location, this was my third stay here in a year and the staff treated me like a long lost friend and if you need anything like extra toilet rolls or towels or a do not disturb sign for the door (for some reason they don't have them in the rooms) the request is filled within minutes. If I go back to Melaka I will be staying there again.

The room was spacious (especially after our Singapore experience), the bed was comfortable and the shower was good. It had a kettle with coffee, a hair dryer and a tv. You could use an iron and ironing board if necessary. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic as all the Melaka sights were in easy walking distance.
